Flintshire County Council have begun a long term strategy to provide first class customer service across the whole County. Four modern ‘Flintshire Connects’ centres are being opened in the County’s major towns to provide customers with convenient access to Council services.

An integral part of the Council’s plan was to modernise the way in which they accepted payments with the installation of the Self-Pay Kiosk.
