Banking Automation is delighted to announce that due to significant cost savings and customer satisfaction, Wrexham County Borough Council have recently installed an additional Self-Pay Kiosk at their flagship ‘Contact Wrexham’ centre. The two kiosks allow customers to make payments for services in cash or by debit/credit card.
As well as installing kiosks at main Civic Centres and One-Stop Shops, other Local Authorities are also looking at kiosk deployment in public libraries and leisure centres, as a means of extending payment automation and channel migration.

The Self-Pay Kiosk may be fully integrated into virtually any cash receipting system, allowing real-time updating of accounts and the provision of live balance enquiries.
Integration also means that all Chip & PIN transactions at the kiosk are handled by your existing Merchant provider.
