Rochford District Council has become the latest Local Authority to enjoy the benefits of self-service payment collection, with the installation of two Self-Pay kiosks.
Now installed at their Rochford and Rayleigh offices, the kiosks accept payment for Council Tax, Business Rates and many other sundry invoices. Payments may be made in cash with change being issued where necessary, or by debit and credit card.
The kiosks are fully integrated within the Council's Capita cash receipting system, therefore providing a fully on-line total solution. |
